The main volume of the portfolio consists of logistics centres and is focused on the properties covered with long-term lease contracts with lessors having a leading or dominant position within their sector. The properties are located in 3 Baltic countries, incl. two in Estonia; two in Lithuania; and one in Latvia.

The property provides cold and dry warehouse storage. Logistics park’s total leasable area is 37,200 m2 and it consists of two buildings. It is fully rented to strong tenants such as Maxima and Girteka Logistics.
