The sustainably growing commercial real estate portfolio of United Partners Property currently consists of five objects with the total leasable space over 81 000 m2.

The main volume of the portfolio consists of logistics centres and is focused on the properties covered with long-term lease contracts with lessors having a leading or dominant position within their sector. The properties are located in 3 Baltic countries, incl. three in Estonia; two in Lithuania; and one in Latvia.

The portfolio is built in co-operation with both existing long-term partners and new investors. United Partners Property is constantly looking for new investment opportunities and is also open to new investors.

DPD & Onninen Logistics Park
Taevavärava rd. 1 & 2, Rae, Estonia

DPD distribution centre consists of 5 890 m2 closed premises and 16 435 m2 of outer storage. Onninen warehouse consists of 6 374 m2 of closed premises and 18 202 m2 of outer storage.

Olaine Logistics Park
Olaine parish, Riga, Latvia

The property provides cold and dry warehouse storage. Logistics park’s total leasable area is 37,200 m2 and it consists of two buildings. It is fully rented to strong tenants such as Maxima and Girteka Logistics.

Vievis Logistics center
Kauno street 33, Vievis, Lithuania

The property is mixed used, the primary use is logistics warehouse and secondary an office. Logistics center’s total leasable area is 21.232 m2. It is fully rented to strong tenants, grocery retailer Rimi being the anchor.

DPD Logistics centre
Liepkalnio 180, Vilnius

The property consists of an office building and a modern cross-docking facility with over a hundred loading doors for vans and trucks. The facility has a total area of 5,423 m2 that is leased to the leading parcel transport service provider in Baltics.

Aia st. Commercial building
Aia st 7, Tallinn Old Town

The property has a mixed use of office and retail premises with total leasable area of 4,523m2. It accommodates over 20 lessees, such as Rimi, Benu Apotheka, Baltic Computer Systems and Europark.

Pärnu street Commercial building

The estate consists of two retail premises and is fully rented out retail companies Beebikeskus and Thomson Furniture.
