United Partners, an investment firm has announced the acquisition of DPD central warehouse in Vilnius, Liepakalnio 180. The entire complex is leased to the leading parcel transport service provider in Lithuania and in the Baltics. The facility has been built to suit DPD’s needs but could also be configured for other purposes.

The Logistics Centre is a modern cross-docking facility with over a hundred loading doors for vans and trucks. The facility has a total of 3 700 m2 leasable area including 1 1150 m2 office space and 4 059 m2 warehouse. The location of the property is perfectly suited for distribution in Vilnius and neighbouring area thanks to well-established transport infrastructure with flexible logistical solutions provided by the airport and location next to the main highway.
