The share sale purchase agreement for the 21,200 m2 warehouse situated on 4.18 hectare land plot was signed on April 20th. The warehouse was built between 2007 – 2008 and it serves as the central warehouse for Rimi Lithuania. Other tenants in the warehouse are Girteka and Nasdaq Vilnius. The warehouse is located in Vievis, which situates on the main highway A1 between Vilnius and Kaunas, 40 km. from Vilnius city centre and 66k. from Kaunas.
The acquisition structure was a combination of equity, subordinated bonds and bank loan. EUR 9.2 million senior loan was received from OP Lithuania to finance this acquisition. The 4.7 million subordinated bond issue was subscribed in full amount by the investors and the securities were issued to the investors on 17th April 2017.
